CAYR Community Connections Safer Spaces
This training equips participants with the tools and knowledge to identify and address discrimination, harassment, and bias in the workplace while fostering gender diversity and inclusion.
Participants will learn to:

Recognize subtle and overt forms of harassment, discrimination, and microaggressions

Understand how bias—conscious and unconscious—shapes workplace culture and decisions

Support and affirm gender-diverse colleagues and clients through inclusive practices
